IT Technician
JOB SCOPE:
To Provide Remote and in person IT support for business specific applications and systems for Hard Rock Cafe and Cabana Marketing Services Inc.
Experience:
- At least 3 years’ experience in the IT Support industry.
- Network and infrastructure skills.
- Experience with BOS Systems.
- Working knowledge of Linux.
- Experience with AV equipment
- MS server administration.
Requirements:
- Candidate must be able to work on call.
- Possession of a Vehicle is an asset.
Academic Qualifications:
- A+ Certification
- Network+ Certification
- Security+ Certification
- Bachelor in computer science and CCNA Certification would be an Asset.
