- Master’s Degree in Management, Social Science or relevant qualification with at least a 5 years’ experience in a senior management position.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Gender issues
- Computer literate and proficient in office and presentation software packages
- Experience with programme development and public budgeting preparation
