DESCRIPTION
nstalling and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
Setting up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices;
Checking computer hardware (HDD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality;
Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc.);
Check computer hardware (HDD, SSD, mouses, keyboards etc.) to ensure functionality;
Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to specifications;
Organize and schedule upgrades and maintenance without deterring others from completing their work;
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc.);
Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule;
Organizing training for staff members;
Conduct daily back-up of the hospital software and store it Off-site;
REQUIREMENTS
At least five (5) Subjects CSEC, General Proficiency inclusive of Mathematics, English Language and Information Technology
Degree in Information Technology or related field will be an asset
Experience in a similar capacity for at least two years.
Working knowledge of various software packages including Microsoft software packages, Qucikbooks etc., will be an asset
Good oral and written communication skills

REMUNERATION
