RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and control entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized individuals are granted access.

Verify the identity of employees, visitors, and vendors.Provide assistance and information to employees, visitors, and customers, helping them with directions and general inquiries.

Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor to create a positive impression of the company.

Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible security presence. Monitor the facility for any suspicious or unusual activities.

Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or security breaches and take appropriate actions to mitigate the situation.

Report incidents to the appropriate authorities or supervisors and document them in incident reports.

Conduct regular checks to confirm that doors, gates, and windows are properly secured. Monitor and report safety hazards, such as fire hazards, blocked exits, or other potential risks.

Inspect vehicles entering and exiting the premises, if applicable, to prevent unauthorized or suspicious items from being transported.

Maintain accurate and detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and interactions with individuals.

Ensure that all required reports are completed in a timely manner.

Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on security protocols, emergency procedures, and company policies.
