DESCRIPTION
Expand the company’s customer base by sourcing and communicating with potential clients.
Establish and maintain client relationships through regular communication
Meet with other managers and corporate officials to discuss, recommend and implement ways of decreasing risk and losses, while increasing customer satisfaction & the company’s revenue and profit.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or Finance from a recognized institution
At least 5 Years’ Agency experience with comprehensive knowledge of the Insurance industry operations thus, familiarity with insurance laws, regulations and guidelines
Good interpersonal skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to supervise 5 to 10 Sub agents
Coordinate the activities of field agents working at the branch/district office.
Train prospective agents to fill specific roles aimed at meeting the goals established by management
Resilient, possesses a sense of urgency and work well under demanding timeline
Strong conceptual, negotiation, & analytical skills
