REQUIREMENTS

Customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry.

Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work during service center hours.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner.
· Listen to customers’ vehicle concerns and ask relevant questions.
· Explain service options and provide cost estimates.
· Schedule service appointments based on customer preferences.
· Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service tasks.
· Keep customers updated on the progress of their vehicle’s repairs.
· Process payments and provide detailed invoices.
· Maintain organized customer records and service histories.
· Address customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
· Stay informed about industry trends and technical advancements.
· Any other duties required by Management
