RESPONSIBILITIES

Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

Showcase and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to potential buyers.

Conduct test drives and effectively communicate the vehicle’s performance and specifications.

Provide accurate information on pricing, financing options, and incentives.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Follow up with potential customers to ensure a seamless sales process.

Maintain a deep understanding of the automotive industry, market trends, and competitor offerings.

Uphold dealership standards of customer service excellence.
