DESCRIPTION
We are actively seeking detail-oriented and proactive individuals to join our team as Business Assistants in Linden, Guyana. Reporting to the Business Manager, the Business Assistant will play a vital role in providing administrative support across clients and various departments. This position requires versatility, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma required; additional education in business administration is a plus.
Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Ability to adapt to new tasks and challenges with a positive attitude.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Business Manager and other team members.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally.
Coordinate client meetings, appointments, and communications.
Assist in document preparation, editing, and proofreading.
Maintain organized electronic and physical files for efficient retrieval.
Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings.
Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes as required.
Assist in data entry tasks and ensure accuracy of information.
Generate and maintain reports for various clients and departments.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Monitor and manage task assignments to ensure timely completion.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
