DESCRIPTION
The Cleaner is tasked with ensuring that the interior areas of the buildings are cleaned and maintained in a tidy manner.
REQUIREMENTS
Sound secondary education.
Able bodied.
Pleasant personality.
Previous experience would be advantageous.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Dusting, wiping, sweeping and mopping interior areas and work spaces on a daily scheduled basis , using the approved cleaning methods and materials provided.
Ensuring that tableware and cutlery are washed, cleaned and stored.
Ensuring adequate provision of consumable supplies in the lunchroom.
Cleaning the fridges and serving utensils on a scheduled basis.
Emptying rubbish bins, removing and disposing of garbage and waste materials in a timely manner and as directed.
Washing cleaning rags and hand towels and ensuring the general tidiness and appearance of the interior areas and lunchrooms are maintained.
