HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER,
GUYANA OPERATIONS

This candidate will be viewed as a strategic partner, change agent and member of line management staff, reporting to the General Manager.

Job Requirements
Comprehensive understanding of skills needed to manage all functional areas of human resources including, but not limited to:
• Talent acquisition and workforce planning
• Salary and performance management
• Training and Development
• Maintaining Employee records
• Payroll
• Employee relations
• Policies and Procedures
• Solid all round human resources experience and business acumen Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Effective time management, analytical, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Strong computer skills a must.
• Local Guyanese resident preferred

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree and equivalent Human Resource qualifications, plus
four to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
