DESCRIPTION

The Administrative Clerk is responsible to work along closely with the Human Resources Clerks to carry out the day-to-day operations of the department.

 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

1-2 years experience in related field.

Knowledge of Guyana labour laws.

Attention to detail.

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally .

Knowledge of HR software.

Computer literate (Proficiency in the use of Excel, MS Word and Power Point).

 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruit persons to fill open positions that exist within the company.

Ensure that the employees submit all their relevant document upon appointment.

Explain and ensure that employees understand all company policies and procedures when appointed.

Conduct orientations.

Monitor employees punctuality and attendance

Prepare Job letters.

Monitor employees leave (annual, sick, compassionate).

Check and examine Insurance Claims submitted to the HR Department for processing.

Assist in processing Insurance Claims in a timely manner (Before the due date).

Provide guidance on company policies and procedures.

Maintain employee records.

Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
