DESCRIPTION
Deal with delinquent customers regarding outstanding account balances.
REQUIREMENTS
Four (4) CXC/GCE ‘O’ Level Subjects (Including English Language and Mathematics)
Three (3) years’ work experience in Handling Collections
Must own vehicle (Car or Motorcycle)
Related work experience would be an asset.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Collect and serve statements to employees and customers.
Record all payments collected and hand over these to the Cashier to generate receipts for customers
Advise customer on arrangements for settling debts with the Company.
