The successful applicant will be requried to troubleshoot, diagnose and effect repairs on electrical problems in an assigned Plant and provide support in the event of emergencies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Craft certificate in Electrical Installation or equivalent
- Experience as an Electrician would be an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Installing and repairing electrical components such as circuit breakers, switches, transformers, and fuses
· Testing electrical systems to identify problems with wiring and circuitry
· Installing electrical wiring and equipment in new buildings to ensure compliance with codes
· Inspecting electrical equipment and ensure safe operation of equipment
