Description
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Cashier/Finance Administrator to join our team in the Automotive Industry. As a Cashier/ Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth transactions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma of at least 5 CSEC subjects including Mathematics and English Language, FIA or CAT completed or it’s equivalent.
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role would be an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Process customers and suppliers transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash, debit card, and other forms of payment.
- Maintain adequate change denominations in the cash drawer and request additional change as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and reconcile cash drawer.
- Reconciliation of daily invoices and cash receipts processed in the system.
- Sending off invoices to credit customers.
- Processing deposits.
- Provide Statement of Account to customers (upon request).
- Reconciliation of Bank Accounts.
- Provide any other job or duties as required by the job function.
- Support the accounting team in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Follow all safety and security procedures, including proper handling of cash and confidential information.
