Description
The Security Administration Manager will lead and manage the security team, ensure compliance with security protocols, and develop and implement safety and emergency procedures. This role requires expertise in risk assessment, security technology, and personnel management to maintain a safe workplace.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in security administration, law enforcement, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and safety regulations.
- Experience managing security teams and developing security policies.
- Proficiency with security technology and surveillance systems.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee security policies and procedures.
- Lead and manage a team of security personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
- Conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend corrective actions.
- Oversee security systems and technology, including surveillance, alarms, and access control systems.
- Collaborate with management on emergency preparedness, evacuation, and crisis response plans.
- Investigate security incidents and document findings for review.
- Maintain compliance with company and legal safety regulations.
- Coordinate security operations with external agencies as needed.
- Manage security budget, resources, and procurement of security-related materials.
