Description

The recruitment officer is responsible for designing and implementing the recruitment process for the company. They will work collaboration with the human resources department and all other within the company to ensure the employees requisitions are delivered in a timely manner.

Requirements

Qualification in Human Resources Management or Related Field

Knowledge of current recruitment techniques and records of accomplishment

Analytical and Leadership skills

Excellent Oral and written communication skills

Good Knowledge and use of social media, among other recruiting tools

Able to work independently and multitask

Responsibilities

Develop Specific strategies, plan and Initiative which aligned to the company

Develop, execute and take the lead on recruitment plans

Conduct interviews alongside all relevant managers.

Handles all job posting and sourcing of resumes for interviews

Provide advice to management regarding all aspect of the recruiting process

Provide management reports as required

Monitors performance quotas and deploys team to achieve targets as set out in the agreed performance plan
