SALES REPRESENTATIVE – Yokohama Trading

As a sales representative at Yokohama Trading, your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell vehicles to potential customers, playing a crucial role in driving sales and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Minimum CXC completion with passes ranging between 1-3(Inclusive of Maths & English).
• Previous work experience in sales, preferably in a dealership or automotive industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills when interacting with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of automotive financing and leasing process is an asset.
• Age range 20-25 years.
• Possesses a valid Drivers License

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features and benefits.
• Explain financing options, including leasing and loan terms to customers and assist them in completing the relevant paperwork.
• Follow-up with potential customers via phone calls, emails and in-person visits to maintain relationships and close sales.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
