Description

The Time Clerk main function requires accurate and timely recording of time and attendance of all Staff.

Requirements

  • Ability to spot discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of time records.
  • Strong ability to manage and maintain multiple records and documents efficiently.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, managers, and payroll departments.
  • Knowledge of office software, particularly timekeeping, payroll systems and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

  • Updating of All Security Officers’ time sheets with accurate timekeeping on a daily/timely manner
  • Calculate the hours of work for the Security Officers.
  • Update employee records with changes in schedules, leaves, or other attendance-related information.
