Description
The Time Clerk main function requires accurate and timely recording of time and attendance of all Staff.
Requirements
- Ability to spot discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of time records.
- Strong ability to manage and maintain multiple records and documents efficiently.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, managers, and payroll departments.
- Knowledge of office software, particularly timekeeping, payroll systems and spreadsheets.
Responsibilities
- Updating of All Security Officers’ time sheets with accurate timekeeping on a daily/timely manner
- Calculate the hours of work for the Security Officers.
- Update employee records with changes in schedules, leaves, or other attendance-related information.
