Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Specialist to help clean up our existing HubSpot database, upload targeted lists, and generate valuable content. This role will focus on organizing and maintaining our CRM, pulling lists of real estate professionals, interior designers, architects, and contractors in Colorado, and creating engaging blog posts to enhance our online presence.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field would be a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms; prior experience in data management and list generation preferred.
- Writing Skills: Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio of relevant blog posts or articles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, list management, and digital marketing tools; familiarity with SEO best practices is a plus.
- Research Ability: Excellent research skills to identify and compile targeted contact lists effectively.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Database Management: Clean up and organize existing data in HubSpot to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- List Generation: Research and compile targeted lists of real estate professionals, interior designers, architects, and contractors in Colorado for CRM uploads.
- Content Creation: Write and edit blog posts that align with our brand voice and target audience, focusing on industry trends and insights.
- CRM Uploads: Efficiently upload and categorize new contact lists into HubSpot.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of email campaigns and blog posts, suggesting improvements as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to understand their needs and support their initiatives through effective use of HubSpot.
