- Taking customer orders at the counter and process it correctly
- Receiving payments and presenting change to customers
Requirements
Applicant should have at least have 1 year of experience in the same field.
Responsibilities
Cashiers working in a bar are responsible for:
- Recording customer orders
- Handling payments (in cash or credit cards),
- Taking orders from the customers.
- Taking orders from the employer in regards to customer treatment and service
- Keeping an accurate record of drinks into the register system
- Welcoming customers and presenting beverage menus to them
- Making accurate recommendations and answering questions from customers relating to drinks
- Checking the age of customers to ensure each customer is eligible to take the drink they ordered
