Description
This customer support officer/driver is the support between the customer and the company regarding the sale of the company products and services, thus managing the quality and consistency of the Company’s products and services and providing feedback that would allow the customers to see us as a trusted partner.
Requirements
Must possess at least five (5) subjects at CXC Level and two (2) years of previous sales experience
Experience 2 years in sales would be assets
Customer service-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for checking all stock upon collecting from the warehouse and loading for delivery
- Accountable for ensuring that the stock uplifting from the warehouse are per the invoices.
- Coordinate with departments (Warehouse, HR, IT & Finance) – to make payments (NIS, GRA, Insurance, etc.), bank transactions, pick-ups (office supplies, water, etc. ), and deliveries of stock to customers, etc.
- Responsible for coordinating the delivery of goods to customers on time.
- Responsible for recording all payments received and reconciling them with invoices and customer accounts.
- Assist in resolving payment discrepancies or disputes with customers in a professional and timely manner.
