What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

A keen interest in smart gadgets and technology (experience in this field is a plus).

Previous experience in customer service or retail is an asset.

CXC – 5 subjects or Certificates in any information technology field.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

Greet customers with a warm, professional attitude, creating an inviting store environment.

Provide expert guidance on our wide range of smart gadgets and services.

Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure satisfaction with their purchases.

Manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.

Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to the store’s success.

Keep up-to-date with the latest gadgets and trends in technology to share your knowledge with customers.
