Requirements
Qualifications:

Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry, is an advantage.

Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft office suite.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate information about our shipping services.
Assist customers with tracking shipments, processing orders, and resolving issues promptly.
Handle complaints or escalations with professionalism and empathy, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
Provide proactive updates to customers regarding their shipping status.
