1. Line Cooks

Responsible for preparing and cooking food to order in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Ensures dishes are prepared according to company standards, maintaining a clean and organized workstation while following food safety guidelines.

2. Kitchen Assistants

Assist chefs in the preparation of ingredients and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. Ensure kitchen supplies are properly stored and organized, assisting with food prep, cleaning dishes, and helping with general kitchen tasks.

3. Cleaners

Responsible for keeping the premises clean and tidy, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen areas. Ensures the establishment meets cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times, performing cleaning tasks as directed.

4. Security Officer

Monitor and secure the premises by patrolling regularly, observing and reporting any suspicious activity. Ensure the safety and security of employees, customers, and property, while responding to emergencies as necessary.

5. Dishwasher

Responsible for washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and a steady supply of clean items for food preparation and service. Maintains cleanliness in the dishwashing area and helps with other kitchen cleanup tasks.

6. Bartenders

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, interact with customers, and maintain an organized and clean bar. Ensure compliance with alcohol regulations, provide excellent customer service, and handle bar inventory.

Requirements

  1. Line Cooks
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Culinary certification (preferred but not mandatory).
  1. Kitchen Assistants
  • Basic understanding of food preparation and hygiene.
  • Previous kitchen experience (preferred but not required).
  • Strong teamwork and willingness to learn.
  1. Cleaners
  • Previous cleaning experience (preferred).
  • Knowledge of cleaning products and safety protocols.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  1. Security Officer
  • Experience in security or a related field (preferred).
  • Knowledge of security protocols and equipment.
  • Strong observational skills and physical fitness.
  1. Dishwasher
  • No prior experience required (training provided).
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
  1. Bartenders
  • Previous bartending experience or training. (Not mandatory)
  • Knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Certification in bartending (preferred but not mandatory).

Responsibilities

  1. Line Cooks
  • Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Ensure food is cooked and served in a timely manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors of restocking needs.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
  1. Kitchen Assistants
  • Support chefs in food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment.
  • Assist with the organization and storage of food supplies.
  • Dispose of kitchen waste and adhere to hygiene protocols.
  1. Cleaners
  • Clean and sanitize floors, restrooms, and dining areas.
  • Dispose of garbage and replace trash bags.
  • Ensure windows, tables, and other surfaces are cleaned and polished.
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to supervisors.
  1. Security Officer
  • Patrol premises regularly to ensure the safety of staff, customers, and property.
  • Monitor surveillance systems and respond to any suspicious activity.
  • Enforce rules and regulations to maintain a secure environment.
  • Respond to emergencies and handle incidents professionally.
  1. Dishwasher
  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
  • Monitor cleaning supplies and restock as needed.
  • Assist with kitchen cleanup and waste disposal.
  1. Bartenders
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
  • Engage with customers to take orders and provide recommendations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  • Restock bar inventory and supplies.
