   We are seeking detail-oriented Junior Clerks to assist in maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and managing data entry tasks.
   
   2. Accounts Manager
   Join our team as an Accounts Manager to oversee the financial operations.

Requirements

1. Junior Clerk (Accounting)
   – Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
   – Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy and organizational skills.
   – Good written and verbal communication skills.
   – Previous experience in accounting or administrative roles is an asset but not mandatory.
2. Accounts Manager
   – Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
   – Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a positive work environment.
   – Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to analyze financial data and provide actionable insights.
   – Knowledge: Thorough understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.

Responsibilities

1. Junior Clerk (Accounting)
   – Assist in data entry of financial transactions
   – Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and filing systems.
   – Assist with Managing Receivables
   – Handle routine correspondence and queries related to accounts.
2. Accounts Manager
   Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, managing budgets, supervising accounting staff, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
   At least 3 years of relevant experience, and excellent leadership skills.
