A strategic partner who aligns HR practices with the organization’s overall goals. They are responsible for creating a positive and productive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field required.

Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a management role.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
  • Managing the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Addressing employee grievances and resolving conflicts.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Managing employee performance evaluations.
  • Maintaining employee records and HR databases.
