Description

Bell Boy is responsible for welcoming and assisting guests upon arrival and departure, handling their luggage, and ensuring their overall satisfaction. This role involves providing a warm and friendly experience, assisting guests and colleagues with various requests. Must be able to work rotating shifts ( morning and evenings), weekends, and holidays. Depending on hotel’s operational hours.

Requirements

High School Diploma.

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Polite, friendly, and approachable demeanor.

Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift luggage for extended periods.

Police clearance and two references.

Responsibilities

Greet Guests warmly upon arrival and departure.

Assist guests with their luggage, including transporting it to and from guest rooms.

Handle guests’ luggage securely and ensure proper storage.

Deliver packages, messages, and other items to guests rooms as needed

Attend to special request, such as arranging tours or making restaurant reservations.
