We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and strengthen partnerships in the international recruitment sector. The ideal candidate will excel in identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth while maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends and recruitment needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data entry software, spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel), and word processing tools.
  • 2 to 5 years Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the recruitment or HR industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
  • Familiarity with international recruitment processes and labor markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
    Identify, target, and onboard new clients in need of recruitment services.
    Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
    1. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and client needs in the recruitment industry.
    2. Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and industries.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth:
    Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
    1. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaboration & Coordination:
    1. Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
    2. Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and materials.
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    1. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
    2. Generate regular reports on business development performance and opportunities for improvement.
