Description
The Assistant to the CEO provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and strategic support to the CEO. This role includes managing schedules, coordinating events, assisting with digital marketing initiatives, and handling HR-related duties to ensure the efficient functioning of the office and support the organization’s goals.
Requirements
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative role, with experience in event coordination, digital marketing, and HR duties preferred.
Skills
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital marketing tools.
Familiarity with HR processes and recruitment.

Working Conditions
Days: 6 days a week, holidays and weekends required.
Hours: Full-time position, with the possibility of extended hours as needed.
Environment: Office-based with occasional out of office travel required.
Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Schedule and manage the CEO’s appointments, meetings, etc.
Handle and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and letters, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Meeting Coordination
Plan and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, arranging venues, and organizing required materials.
Take minutes during meetings, document key decisions and actions, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
Event Coordination
Assist in planning and organizing events, conferences, seminars, and corporate functions.
Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth execution and address any issues that arise (Until such that Marketing personnel is hired).
After sale feedback from guests.
Digital Marketing Support
Assist in the creation and management of digital marketing content, including social media posts, blogs, and newsletters.
Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including tracking performance metrics and analyzing results.
Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital channels.
HR Duties
Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparation of orientation materials and coordination of initial training.
Help manage employee records, handle HR inquiries, and assist with employee engagement initiatives.
Operational Support
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CEO’s.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain high levels of confidentiality.
Time Management
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
