Requirements
- Must be able to work shift system
- Must have a professional demeanor
- Must be able to multitask
- Must have atleast 2 years experience in similar field in customer care
- Must have Maths & English
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming & outgoing customers
- Make bookings & check in guest
- Take calls /messages/ inquires
- Effective bookkeeping
