We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Clerical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing efficient work and ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and assisting with various clerical tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
Requirements
- Previous Clerical Experience Preferred
- At lease 5 CXC Subjects
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support, including copying, scanning, printing, emailing, and answering calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Transcribe handwritten notes and voice recordings accurately as needed.
- Perform office duties to ensure smooth operations and assist with any additional responsibilities that arise from time to time.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring that necessary items are stocked, and inform management of any supply shortages or needs.
- Interact with clients professionally, offering excellent customer service and ensuring positive interactions.
- Assist in organizing meetings and preparing relevant materials.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
