Description

The Office Administrator plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations by managing administrative tasks such as maintaining organized filing systems, preparing reports, and scheduling meetings. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Three to five subjects CXC/GCE including English Language or a Diploma in Secretarial Studies.
  • Three (3) years’ experience in a secretarial capacity.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Office Management Software (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining proper filing/Report Writing/ Scheduling of Meetings.
  • Deal with external service provider.
  • Perform senior level administrative support including preparation of Minutes
  • Must be self-directed and able to complete tasks with limited supervision.
