Description
Distribution Services Limited (DSL), a subsidiary of Demerara Distillers Limited (DDL) is seeking applications from suitably qualified persons, to fill the positions of Cashier.
Requirements
- A minimum of five (5) CSEC passes, including Mathematics and English, grades 1 to 3.
- Experience as a cashier would be an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that all payments balance at the end of the day and reporting any discrepancies to management.
- Staying informed about products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Following company policies and procedures, including those related to cash handling, customer service, and safety.
- Ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and that customers leave satisfied with their shopping experience.
