Description
The Digital Marketing Officer executes the company’s Digital Strategy (Website and Social Media) and plays a key role in communicating the Company’s marketing message.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Management or any or related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in digital marketing.
- Understanding web usability and accessibility best practice along with online acquisition methods.
- Demonstrate proven skills in planning, organizing, and developing digital initiatives.
- Analyze problems and apply a systematic approach to resolve them.
- Knowledge of industry standards and requirements (e.g. technical limitations, functionality, speed, download, video streaming).
- Commit to delivering excellent customer service skills.
- Highest level of professional and personal integrity.
Responsibilities
- Supervise photo shoots for local products and send the images to eCommerce Unit.
- Gather specifications for the local products to be uploaded and forward them to e-commerce Unit.
- Request eCommerce Unit to prepare the website for country-specific promotions, providing all relevant details in advance: Promotion Information (e.g., products, brands, pricing, promotion duration).
- Request modification to country-specific content from the eCommerce Unit (e.g., Courts in the News, stores information, locations).
- Communicate any issues reported by Call Center to the Online Sales Supervisor of the e-commerce Unit.
- Monitor and follow up on website sales to ensure completion.
- Communicate any Call Center-reported issues to the Regional Webmaster.
- Monitor all digital platforms (Courts app, Courts Blog, Facebook, Instagram, Google Network and the company websites like shopcourts.com) to ensure alignment with offline campaigns.
- Adding products on the website.
- Review products, pricing, and images to ensure accuracy and maintain an optimal online range.
- Provide country-specific content to the ecommerce Unit (campaigns, promotions, Courts in the News, Stores information, etc.).
- Provide timely and accurate promotions and event details to the eCommerce unit for app push notifications.
- Monitor social media platforms for customer feedback – both positive and negative.
- Prepare a monthly social media plan aligned with the regional strategy and local marketing campaigns.
- Submit final artwork for digital ads for all promotions and brands to the social media agency.
- Develop content and a promotional calendar across all platforms to maintain a consistent stream of relevant and engaging material.
- Performs any other duties requested by the Commercial Director.
