We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and employees.
Requirements
- At least Five (5) CSEC subjects with a pass in English
- Proficient in MS Suite
- University Diploma would be an asset
- At least Three (3) years’ experience as a receptionist or in a related customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office management tools
- Ability to handle inquiries and issues with professionalism and discretion
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Experience in handling administrative duties
- Knowledge of office equipment and procedures
- Customer service-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory
- Provide general support to employees and departments
