The Retail Quality Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring that retail operations meet quality standards and deliver excellent customer experiences. The Retail Quality Analyst will be responsible for the monitoring, evaluating and training of CSRs within the retail channel to improve delivery in quality of service through systematic evaluation, testing, and analysis.

We are seeking experienced people to fill the position of Retail Quality Analyst, to be attached to our Retail- Mobile Department.

Requirements

  • Academic requirements Diploma in Business Management/Economics/Sales or any similar business-related field equivalent
  • 3+ years working experience in the Retail/Sales
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays when corporate schedule demands.
  • Basic knowledge of related regulations, Company policies and procedures, and the Company’s products and services.
  • Demonstrated skills to independently plan and conduct non-routine financial analysis or reporting projects.
  • Exceptional math skills; ability to calculate interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages; balance accounts; add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals; locate routine mathematical errors; compute rate, ratio and percent, including the drafting and interpretation of bar graphs.
  • Ability to deal with advanced problems involving multiple facets and variables in standardized or specialty situations.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision while performing duties.

Responsibilities

Analyzing Data: Reviewing customer feedback and observation/feedback forms, and operational metrics to spot trends and identify areas for improvement in product/service quality.

  • Assessing Processes: Evaluating store operations, inventory management, and service delivery to ensure

consistency and efficiency

  • Be proactive and show initiative in supporting in-store experience and direction in driving new technological

products, innovations and service adoption in Retail Store.

  • Quality Assurance Testing: Conduct thorough testing of service to identify issues, defects, and inconsistencies.
  • Monitoring competitor strategies and practices advocating for the implementation of better service strategies to

remain ahead of the competition. Keep abreast of best practices and trends in market

  • Be and act as an ambassador for the company at all times.
  • Any other duties that may fall within the scope of job description
  • Participate in and facilitate required trainings and assessments done by the company and demonstrate

competencies and knowledge grasp.

  • Assists in developing and implementing strategies to achieve set goals.
  • Drive and push retail store standards; building appeal, handsets and in-store fixtures and all other in-store aspects.
