MARKETING OFFICER – International Shipping Line

REQUIREMENTS

ONE (1) Must be Computer Literate and Internet savvy

• Sound secondary Education

• (Passes in at least 5 subjects inclusive of Maths & English)

• Formal / Recognized Qualifications & training in Marketing

• Previous Experience in working in a shipping company a distinct advantage

• Knowledge of the local shipping industry and commercial cargo traffic would be a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• High level of team spirit, willingness to learn and flexible attitude

• Must be able to liaise effectively with customers and pursue new customers and business leads

• High level of self-accountability and problem solving in the discharge of tasks and duties

• Being mobile would be a characteristic of this role, therefore valid Car / Bike license a must
