QUALITY MANAGER – Caribbean Container Incorporated

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring quality standards throughout the manufacturing process
• Managing the Company’s Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Programme
• Maintaining relevant Food Safety and Quality Management Certification
• Spearheading all investigations relating to Product Quality non-conformity
• Managing the Quality Department’s work plan, including QA technicians, grounds sanitation, and janitorial crews

Requirements

• A Degree in Science, Business Management, or a related Technical Field
• Training and/or Experience in Quality Management and/or Food Safety Management System, preferably in the Manufacturing Sector
• Concern for order, quality, accuracy, analysis, and discipline
• Proven Leadership skills and Initiative
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
