Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations across Soesdyke, Safa Point, Maracouba and all active projects.
  • Plan and issue daily dispatch for equipment, trucks, barge/wharf and manpower.
  • Enforce SOP compliance: Timemark evidence, WhatsApp reporting, Fleetio work orders and fuel controls.
  • Verify production, trip counts and lost-income exceptions.
  • Coordinate with Sales for delivery scheduling and customer commitments.
  • Coordinate with Finance for invoicing triggers, job costing and credit control.
  • Lead supervisors and run daily accountability huddles.
  • Escalate safety incidents, downtime and customer risk immediately.
  • Maintain weekly KPI pack and report to the CEO.

Requirements

  • 3 – 5+ years in operations management, dispatch, logistics or related field
  • Proven leadership and team supervision skills
  • Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving
  • Experience with fleet or heavy equipment operations
  • Strong reporting and KPI management skills
  • Valid Driver’s Licence preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Salary

G$250,000 – G$350,000 MONTHLY
