Applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- Completion of a catering course from a recognized institution for a period of six (6) months full-time or one (1) year part-time.
OR
- A full secondary school education plus a minimum of one (1) year experience in a large-scale catering establishment preferable cooking.
