SALES SUPERVISORS
Our company is looking to recruit Sales Supervisors to work in our Hardware Stores.
Applicants should be mature and possess a Diploma in Business Administration/Management (or similar qualifications) with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar position.
- Manage staff working on the Sales Floor
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Co-ordinate the operations of the Sales
Floor to maximize the use of resources
- Coach and train Sales Staff
- Identify current and future trends that appeal to customers
- Must be computer literate and be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure excellent service is afforded to each customer
- Knowledge of building and construction
materials will be an asset
A very attractive salary with commission and fringe benefits commensurate with qualification and experience will be offered.
