NewHayven Inc. will provide a full array of Merchant Banking services through professional management and developing meaningful partnerships in Guyana, the Caribbean and Globally. We are seeking a dynamic leader for the inaugural role of Managing Director.

The Managing Director will direct, administer, and coordinate the activities of operations in compliance with legislative requirements and the bank’s policies, core values and objectives established by the Board of Directors.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of previous experience as a Director of a financial services institution
• 10+ years of senior executive experience in the financial services sector
• 10+ years of senior executive experience in Guyana and internationally
• MBA or equivalent
• Must have existing approval from the Bank of Guyana to serve in this role
