Maintenance Supervisor – MULTRICINEMAS

DESCRIPTION

Coordinates the installation, maintenance and repair work in building. They manage a team of workers, regularly inspect sites, execute work as necessary, maintain equipment and assists in the Cleaning & Maintenance of the Building.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years of maintenance experience required.
• Knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed.
• Excellent management and supervisory skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversees and assists in the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
• Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
• Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Assists with departmental inventory and record keeping
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
