TRACK AND TRACE SPECIALIST – EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL INCORPORATED

DESCRIPTION

The Track and Trace Specialist develops and maintains supportive relationship inclusive of addressing communications and providing required data . Additionally, he/she would collaborate with other departments to solve the daily problems faced.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Diploma preferred
• 6 successful passes or more at CSEC or equivalent.
• Excellent computer and administrative skills.
• A strong work ethic.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Schedule appointments and input shipment details for all related loads.

·       Update internal and external portals with shipment details as needed.

·       Communicate daily with customers and related facilities to ensure that needs are met.

·       Track the progress of each shipment and communicate updates to all related parties.

·       Field all customer inquiries regarding shipment status.

·       Ensure all drivers are meeting the standards set by client and management.

·       Provide feedback to internal and external clients that can enhance performance or profitability of  both entities.

·       Responsible in acquiring the confirmation of each carrier pertaining to their upcoming trips.
