REQUIREMENTS
REQUIREMENTS:
• Five (5) Years’ Experience Driving (with a valid Guyana Drivers Permit)
• At least two (2) years’ experience within a customer service environment
• CXC (Must have English and Mathematics)
• Certificate in customer service from a recognized institution
• 1st Aid Certification (is an asset)
• Defensive Driving Certification (is an asset)
• Proficient in written and oral communication
• Accuracy in recording data/information
• Excellent customer relation skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Preparation and Delivery Agent is responsible as the first line of contact and communication link between clients and the business during the rental process, providing them with quality service.
