TRAINER – Qualfon Providence Campus

DESCRIPTION
Main functitons and duties:

1. Communications training for near-hire applicants

Coordinates with Recruitment Team and generates a list of near-hire applicants/trainees to be endorsed for Communications Training
Conducts and facilitates a 1-week training program to enhance the use of the English language for both verbal and written communication for near-hire applicants
2. Functioning training room conducive for learning

Reserves a training room with functioning training equipments such as computer/s and projector
3. List of successful trainees

Administers Typing test, E-Test and Verbal Exams to near-hire trainees
Comes up with a list of trainers who have passed the training.

REQUIREMENTS
Area of expertise (Skills)

Graduate of any 4-year course preferably in the areas of communications or English.
At least 6 months – 1 year work experience in a related field to enable satisfactory performance
