DESCRIPTION
The business development representative is responsible for the organic growth of the branch loan portfolio by seeking and doing loan applications for clients in the area whilst mitigating and controlling delinquency.
REQUIREMENTS
College degree, experience in sales, and hunger for growth and development.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Interview potential clients in branch and on the road, analyze applicant’s financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine the feasibility of granting a loan, submitting loans for approval and disbursement along with other duties assigned.
REMUNERATION
Minimum: $200,000.00 gross monthly plus target-based incentives
