DESCRIPTION
Toolsie Persaud Limited & Group of Companies is looking for mature and suitably qualified person to fill the position of Crushing Plant Supervisor:
REQUIREMENTS
Technical Certification in the Mechanical Field.
At least 15 years’ experience operating a stone crushing plant.
Extensive experience in operations and maintaining Jaw crushers HP Cone Crushers, Vibrating Screens, Grizzly Feeders and related stone crushing equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Capable of installing and splicing belt conveyors.
Understands welding and fabricator procedures.
Capable of repairing speed reducing gearboxes.
Familiar with AASHTO and ASTM standards in relation to gradation of crushed aggregate for Asphalt and concrete works.
Must be able to align conveyors and gearboxes etc.
Capable of coordinating and supervising all production and maintenance activities within the production plant.
Capable of training local workers in modern procedure and techniques.
Must be able to perform repairs as required within the plant.
Must be able to live in rural conditions.
Capable of working on a 12 hrs. Shift basis.
Must be production and goal oriented.
REMUNERATION
Salary negotiable based on experience.
