Applications are invited for suitably qualified persons to fill the position of:
HR MANAGER

SUMMARY

To direct the development and delivery of comprehensive Human Resource products, services, policies and programs, building consultative and collaborative relationships for the effective management and utilization of human resources across the entire organization.

MAIN FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Review and update of the Organizations’ policies and process; enforce Company ISO policies and procedures
– Develop the HR portfolio of strategies, plans and initiatives designed to deliver the Corporate Strategic Objectives
– Develop budget for the HR Department
– Develop the Manpower Plan for recruiting, placement and internal movement of human resources
– Determine the Recruitment and Selection methods and approaches to be used for positions internally and/or externally
– Determine the Training and Development Programs/Portfolio designed to maintain professional and technical development and to promote employee career and personal development
– Develop, implement and oversee the Organization’s succession plan
– Oversee the planning, monitoring and appraising of employees through the design and development of a comprehensive key performance indicators (KPIs) and Performance Management System
– Lead organization development and change management initiatives across the organization

QUALIFICATION

– Bachelor’s Degree in Management or any related field
– A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in human resources management

– Effectively build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
– In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
