DESCRIPTION
Oversee the selling of the Company’s products to customers and maintain adequate stock levels; monitor customer service and relations and deal with customer complaints; health and safety issues; maintain job performance and quality standards, and good house keeping practices.
REQUIREMENTS
Three (3) CXC/GCE ‘O’ level subjects including English Language and Mathematics
Marketing knowledge and prior pre-selling experience would be an advantage but not a requirement
Must own a vehicle (Car or Motorcycle)
Must have access to telephone
RESPONSIBILITIES
Inform customer of any promotional activities and merchandise outlet with promotional material
Check credit customer(s) accounts balances so as to advise customer(s) before taking any orders
Ensure the customer knows the days they will be visited
Ensure that all customers are visited on their respective service day(s)
